$700,000 SBA 7(a) Loan | Gourmet Restaurant Expansion – Middlesex County, NJ

To support the expansion of an established gourmet Indian restaurant in Middlesex County, New Jersey, the client needed financing that could accommodate both growth and renovation. Cascade Capital Advisors secured a $700,000 SBA 7(a) loan to fund the purchase of a liquor license and the build-out of a new 3,000-square-foot inline retail space. The expansion will increase seating from 30 to 90, add a full-service sit-down bar for 12 guests, and introduce a private dining room for special events.
