To strengthen an investment portfolio and position for future acquisitions, the client refinanced a residential rental home and a commercial building in Trenton, New Jersey. Cascade Capital Advisors secured a $260,000 commercial mortgage structured on a 25-year amortization with a fixed interest rate of 4.25% for the first five years. The refinancing paid off existing debt while providing cash out, giving the client both improved financing terms and the liquidity needed to pursue additional real estate investments.
